First Mini-Plot!

I know the site hasn't even started to role play for the canon plot, but the mini-plots always still exist! For the very first one, I want everyone to be pleased and take part in it. Talk about what you want and what you think would be best here.

Since this is a new site I recomend something that can be used to introduce characters

a possibility is a Dragonball search 7 balls 1-2 wishes ((depending on if their the Kami balls or the Dende Balls)) it could be a great way to introduce characters ((although it may resault in someone being too powerful too early))

another possibility could deal with basically a heros vs crime ((with neutrals and villians picking sides)) that may be too generic though

Or maybe a Tenkaichi tournament ((like on Dragonball and parts of DBZ)) basically the idea is you fight in a tournament ((with no killing and ring outs)) and the winner get's a championship and a lot of money

Hrmm... Well, I haves an idea, maybe.

Wesker could reform Umbrella Corporation, and with that could come a viral outbreak in an unnamed city on Earth somewhere? Which requires containment, plans to stop it...y'know, usual zombie stuff.

Or Umbrella could go about World Domination, with Wesker spearheading the action for his own gains. This, of course, leading to instability worldwide as the threat of a massive, forced global outbreak is forced on everything. But should Wesker fall, the entire plot would crumble.

If we go for an Elfen Lied one we would need someone to RP Director Kakuzawa and the idea would be Diclonius labs start springing up to study ((IE perform tortorous experaments on)) Diclonii

btw it would also be interesting if we start to see random Diclonii show up ((NPC Diclonii))
